RTS 10 Year Anniversary Seminar
Do you want to take your training to the next level? We can do that with some hands-on coaching. We’re going to hammer hard on squat, bench and deadlift technique for raw powerlifting. We’re going to hit on nutrition, programming and equipped lifting, all in a hands-on session through the day. Here’s how it’s going to work. We are going to have 6 sessions during the day beginning at 7:30 am and concluding at 6:45 pm. Each session will be 1.5 hours in length. During each session there will be a slot for each of the powerlifts (raw) and a rotating slot for nutrition, programming and equipped lifting. Each slot will be limited to 3 lifters that will be guided by one of the RTS assistant coaches. During each session, RTS head coach Mike Tuchsherer will be bounce around to all the groups to get some input from the master.

Lifting - During the lifting sessions both raw and equipped, the goal and intent of these sessions is to increase you level of proficiency in each movement. As well as go over what some of your weakness are so that you can better target those moving forward in your training.
Note: Depending on demand of what sessions and types of things people are signing up for, we will flex some slots to other things of greater demand. If an option is not displaying, then it has sold out.
Upon completion of signing up, you will be prompted to schedule what session you are seeking to enroll in. Be sure to act fast as the time slots will fill up quickly!
