We often tell lifters to become students of the sport -- to learn all they can and get better at every aspect. In this video series you will learn all about developing Microcycles. Microcyles is the weekly training plan of a strength training program. This videos series was formally offered under the RTS Classroom Environment that was only offered during the first and third quarters of the year with videos being released once a week. Now, you get the entire series at one time available to you for download.
How useful is this information? This information has been collected and sorted over careers. These presentations will not be available anywhere else online. And in some cases, the information may not be available anywhere else at all. This is probably the fastest way to accelerate your strength education and stay up to date on the latest thinking in strength training. Who are the lessons for? The lessons will be designed primarily for athletes who are writing their own training plans (self-coached) and for people coaching other athletes. But anyone who wants to learn more about strength training is welcome!
What features are included? Each lesson in the series about 30 minutes in length. At the end of the lesson there is a discussion topic that had previously been covered in classroom. While you no longer get the discussion aspect with this content, you do get all the same great lessons for 1/3 of the previous price.What can I expect when I buy?
It'll take approximately 24-48 hours to process the order. After your order is processed, you’ll be granted access to the videos in your RTS training log. In the Classroom Central area of the training log you can download or stream the videos.
