Here is what some of our athletes are saying about Dr. Nathan's services:

“Nathan Dailey helped me through a debilitating L3-L4 nerve injury when I could barely walk. His guidance was expert, and his encouragement was the fuel I needed to keep going. He is more than a professional; he was a savior during my toughest time. I can't thank him enough for getting me back on my feet.”

-Kasemsand "Opor" Senumong

“I’ve had chronic pain in my right hip for several years that quickly escalated to a point where I could no longer squat or deadlift. I was told by an orthopedist that the cartilage in my hip was worn down and that I was likely unable to return to hard training. After years of trying to deal with it myself and through PT and having no relief, I had completely given up powerlifting. On a whim and my last sliver of hope, I booked a consultation with Dr. Dailey after hearing him speak on the RTS podcast. Dr. Dailey’s assessment was so thorough that he identified the pain as stemming from a previous lower back injury that I didn’t even think was related or to tell him about. His prescribed exercises almost immediately allowed me to squat and deadlift pain-free for the first time in years. I was and still am in absolute disbelief; it’s literally changed my life. I cannot recommend or thank Dr. Dailey enough.”

-Garret Couture

"I approached Dr. Dailey after three years of struggling to manage persistent hip pain that severely limited my training. Having previously seen several in-person physiotherapists, and a consultant surgeon, I was unsure of my ability to continue in powerlifting. Dr. Dailey listened carefully to my concerns; in just a short time we have been able to make real progress, and pain is having much less of an impact on my training."

-Stephen Gately

"I had anterior shoulder pain for a couple of weeks. During an office hour, he explained what he identifies as the cause and gave some exercises to do during daily life. After a week my shoulder is feeling much better. I really appreciate that he spontaneously checked in to ask if there was any progress."

-Steven Monsieur

Here is a bit more about Dr. Nathan Dailey:

Dr. Nathan Dailey graduated with a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from the US Army-Baylor University in 2016. He served on Active Duty in the US Army from 2013 to 2020, where he worked with service members ranging from helicopter pilots, infantry and special operations soldiers to explosive ordnance disposal technicians and dog trainers. While on Active Duty he deployed for 9 months to Iraq and provided care to US and coalition service members serving in harsh environments spread throughout the area of operations.

While still in the military, he pursued advanced clinical education in the sub-specialty area of orthopedics (care of bone, muscle, tendon, joint, and peripheral nerve conditions), obtaining his residency-level qualification as an orthopedic specialist (OCS) in 2020. He has continued to develop his orthopedic and clinical reasoning skillset with advanced training in McKenzie Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment (MDT) culminating in certification in NOV 2025. Additionally, he has held a CSCS credential from the NSCA for over a decade.

Dr. Dailey has worked carefully throughout his career to develop pain-free strength in the context of high-stress environments, restoring tolerance for high-load short-duration and low-load long-duration professional and sporting activities. His areas of specialty include rapid reduction in joint, muscle and nerve pain and improvement in function with the use of repeated spinal movements as well as the use of movement modification and graded exposure to restore loading tolerance. This approach is well-suited to the powerlifting community, where the advice “don’t train” is often not a viable strategy. He has successfully treated both recreational and internationally competitive powerlifters with customized training and rehabilitative interventions that leverage his highly specialized educational and professional background.
