What do you need help with? Want help determining weaknesses, force curve analysis, setting up the right program, technique correction, or even to watch a training session... this is what you're looking for. A consultation can ensure that you get expert advice on your training without having you sign up for an entire coaching package. This allows you to get expert input on your training and keep control of it yourself. This is good for those athletes that just need a push in the right direction.

How much time should I buy?
Thirty minutes is usually enough time to cover most topics. You may need longer times if you intend to have your coach observe a complete workout or if you need help designing an entire training program. For most other questions and concerns 30 minutes should suffice.

Who should not buy?
If you have a simple question then you should use our Instagram account or send us an email here. If you are already an athlete in one of the other coaching packages there is no need for you to pursue a consultation. 

How it works...
Purchase the quantity of time that you like (1 unit = 30 minutes, 2 units = 1 hour). Within 24-48 business hours of your order, you'll be contacted to schedule your consultation. You'll be able to select which RTS Coach you want to speak with and select the day and time that works best for you. You may schedule a video call, a chat conversation, a phone call... basically something that works for you and your objectives for the consultation. In order to make sure you get all the information you need we recommend a video call. At the appointed time the consultation will take place and you will get the high quality information you need to take your training to the next level!

Our Coaches...
In addition to Powerlifting, Jim Elli has a keen eye for bodybuilders and those who wish to improve their Wilks score/physique through intelligent nutritional advice. Jim is generally available Monday thru Friday.

Ross Leppala is an 83kg Powerlifter who has coached athletes at the IPF World level. He's an extremely well-rounded coach with a good eye for technical proficiency and is also very skilled in programming. Ross also thrives in dealing with the mental game of the sport.

John Garafano has worked with a wide variety of lifters from powerlifting to bodybuilding. He works closely with lifters to optimize their training and enjoys working with HRV components of fatigue response.

Paulie Steinman has extensive experience coaching Powerlifters of all skill levels. He is the Head Coach of the USAPL Raw National Masters Team. He is generally available on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Mark Robb has 37 years of experience under the bar, is a 2x IPF World Champion and holds 3 World Records. He is second only to Mike Tuchscherer in his longevity with RTS. He is generally available on Tue, Thu, Sat, and Sun.
