When you join the RTS Performance Coaching you get:
-- Custom training program where training strategy, template, exercise selection, etc are all tailored to you.
-- Athletic Vision Casting and Unique Lifter Profile are central to not just helping your progress, but helping you progress in exactly the way you want to.
-- Custom template, exercise selection, strategy development, and more
-- Planning is done based on goals after a thorough weakness analysis
-- Access to the full range of RTS online tools (training log, TRAC, etc)
-- Technical and weakness analysis via video review
-- One on one support with your coach via email
-- Video conference post-competition or test day with your coach to discuss future development
-- The cost is $160 per month.
So how does it work?
Upon registration, we'll begin the process of gathering info from you. You'll fill out a questionnaire so that we can learn some things about you. You’ll also be assigned to a coach who will schedule your training start day with you based on the information provided. With that information, we will build a custom training plan tailored to fit your needs, equipment availability, training and injury history, etc. You'll receive an email each week with the training information for that week. The Athletic Vision Casting will be scheduled with your coach to develop your Unique Lifter Profile – this is how we get to know you as an athlete and a person so we can ensure that your training is exactly what you want it to be. Humans are complex, so your training log and TRAC data will be monitored by your coach and the training plan will be continually updated to fit your evolving requirements. If you wish, your coach will help you formulate a game plan for your meets to ensure the most successful event possible. After each meet, your coach will perform a thorough review with you on training and meet performance to maximize your progress in future training.
This cycle have been really great. I´ve had great gains in all my lifts. I´ve also packed on some muscles. Actually way more than I thought I would.
